Very nice
Only stayed one night but everything was just fine. Room very clean. Beds very comfortable. Quiet at night. Breakfast in the morning had a number of choices. Would stay again. An extra bonus is that my doctor’s office is right across the street.

I've only stayed in Phoenix once before, at the 4 star Hilton downtown but here in Scottsdale this Holiday Inn is easily as nice (actually nicer since the room is huge) as a three to four star hotel.
