Almost perfect, just fix the A/C!
The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable... but I had to move to a lower floor room to get any kind of functional air conditioning which still wasn't perfect. It seems that many other reviews have mentioned this and they don't seem to be addressing it......

Great location
This is a clean and comfortable hotel in a central location which is excellent for exploring Reims. Roof top bar with view of Cathedral. Friendly staff. Easy walk to the station to travel to Epernay and Chalons.

Excellent hotel
Great hotel, very clean stylish large and comfortable rooms. Had breakfast first day very tasty, good price and choice of items. Friendly staff, cannot fault, would stay there again. Close location to all the sites and bars, cafes and restaurants.
