A perfect overnight stay
Stayed for one night - the hotel was very welcoming and the room was really really nice. Clean, comfortable. The free bottles of water were a nice touch for travelling in June! Very highly recommended, if we come back to Bilbao again it'll be booking here for sure

Disabled accessibility not as good as it should be
First, the car park is hard to find. I use a wheelchair. Driving right hand drive car. Impossible to get ticket, entrance to underground car park very steep for my limited mobility.
