Nice short business trip
Lovely area, good experience, room was clean and bar downstairs was very nice. Check-in and check out was smooth and easy. Nfc card allowed easy access to lift and room. Friendly staff always with a smile. Lifts were good size and fast.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is always fabulous. The staff are very professional and always polite and helpful. Our room was lovely and the level of service great. When in Birmingham, we won't stay anywhere else. Thank you

Great hotel !
Love staying at the Hyatt, excellent breakfast with a choice for everyone, very easy check in/out. The best hotel in Birmingham and has been for years, Cesar looked after myself and two guests very well,nothing was to much trouble for him.
