Excellent staff customer service
Staff were friendly and bed was very comfortable. The pool was great being heated so can be used all year round. They surprised my granddaughter with a lovely cheesecake and macaroon dish with Happy Birthday message in chocolate.

Lovely Lobby area and staff both at the Desk and Breakfast area were very helpful. The room was as big as a house ! I didnt get a chance to try the outdoor heated pool...next time. I got a free upgrade which was a nice thought.
