The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort is a world-class getaway nestled on the 560-acre Gainey Ranch in north Scottsdale. Rates are inclusive of resort fee. Guests who book the Exclusive room categories will be responsible to pay the daily Resort Fee directly at the hotel. If a hotel guest departs from the hotel prior to reservation departure date, the guest shall remain liable for payment for the entire stay. Hyatt will not refund any portion of the room rate and will settle the full amount with the guest.

Best resort in Arizona
This is my second stay . We was welcomed with complimentary margaritas. A full itinerary of events for that week and a map . Loved it ! Most definitely booking again soon ! I wish I knew the staff names . They were amazing

A Great Family Spot
Stayed over the 4th of July and very much enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The restaurant options fit well, and there are a bevy of great options off the resort. Had a ton of family fun in the pool, and the fireworks show was perfect. The room, facility, grounds, and really everything were clean...

Nice property for family trip
I’ve been to 4 different Hyatt Regency Resorts for family trips. This one is up there with Hyatt Huntington Beach and definitely much better than Hyatt Lost Pines and Hyatt Hill Country (San Antonio). Why? The staff and property condition. Friendly staff.
