Nice rooms and great location
I have been to this hotel numerous times. The beach is wonderful (no seaweed) and large. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. I do not like the bathroom layout (even in club level rooms it is weird) but that has no bearing on my rating. Pools are nice. Beach and pool service is the best ANY...

Be careful with "extra charges" at hotel
I stayed at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort in the Cancun Hotel Zone and the rep at the from desk that attended me during check-in, Shirley, would not give me a logical explanation as to why there were additional charges at the time of check-in. I booked through a third-party websit...

Ask for Francisco and Gonzalo! They’re the best!
Francisco and Gonzalo at the bar by the pool were excellent. They are the sole reason I am rating 5 stars. They are hands down the best employees at this location and made our experience great and very personable. Shout out to you both Francisco and Gonzalo! Great employees and great people.
