Good stay
Good area and facilities. Excellent pool. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms very good and comfortable. Like the layout. Checking and out was easy and helpful. Only issue is slow service from waiters. Long waits for them to acknowledge and come over.

Another very good experience in Santiago Madarin Hotel
Always the stay in the Mandarin hotel is excellent, the room comfort, the restaurant quality and the people kindness is wonderful!! an special complement for the "huevos benedigtinos" this eggs make me very happy during my breakfast. Thanks again

We spent a week here in this hotel and they helped us arrange tours and generally did a top notch job of everything.
