There are plenty of top-quality restaurants along nearby Isidora Goyenechea, while Trader's Bar is the perfect place to relax after a long day with its happy hour buffet and great selection of local wines. Arrive in style at our heliport on the top of the building and stay in our romantic Royal Suite with Jacuzzi, a favorite with honeymoon couples. The NH Collection Plaza Santiago is also close to the luxurious boutiques of Nueva Constanera and Alonso de Córdova, and the hotel's amenities offer a great way to unwind after a day's shopping. The pool is free to hotel guests. We have 159 comfortable, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and extra space for work or meetings. A very nice hotel that deserves five stars
The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and my room had a lot of windows so I could enjoy the sunlight. The hotel was across the street from a high mall and all kinds of restaurants. The breakfast bar was so colorful with all sorts of desserts.

Nice clean hotel at very good location!
Modern hotel at next to shopping mall and other services. Clean and modern rooms with a lot of ight! Limited services due to covid restrictions so no gym and pool very limited availability. Don't order taxi from reception as it was 5 times more expensive as one from the street!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, bright vibrant rooms with a good view
I stayed @ W Hotel Santiago Presidential suite, and changed to here because I was dissapointed with the quality there, it was falling apart and soiled. I can say NH Collection Plaza Santiago take pride in everything they do, their staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is 5* quality, the room...
