2022 trip back to VN
I arrived late night. Check in time fast. All staff are very professional, helpful. Front desk, bell man . parking staff, greeting personnel are well trained I had a great time there Deluxe room is big . Turn down service is nice. Wifi works well.

A long-term fave in Saigon
This has been a favourite stopover of mine in Saigon for the past 8 years now. Lovely hotel, facilities and dining. The only issue this time was a higher humidity in the room which was only slightly uncomfortable, but a comfortable stay overall.

Excellent hotel with great customer service and amenities
Our family had a terrific time staying at Hotel Nikko Saigon. Staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dinner seafood buffet was amazing. I really like the amenities in the room. My 10-year old said it's one of her favorite hotels and she wants to stay at Nikk...
