Perfect for attending the Messe
After a break of 3 years, it was good to return to the Hamburg City Alster, easy to get to by hire car or Taxi, the welcome was warm, the room ideal, bar area relaxing and breakfast, busy, but plentiful, parking also easy & convenient, 30 mins from the Airport, 10 mins from the Messe and as usual...

I stayed for 4 nights so I think I have a good overview of how good the hotel is. There is a sauna and a hamam (the latter currently did not work), located on the 5th floor. It was very quiet on a Friday afternoon in June. There is an emergency button 🆘 in the hamam (dampbath)- don’t press it! ...

Great Staff
I had everything I need for a business travel. Good and fast check in and check out, great and friendly staff in reception, bar and restaurant, excellent rooms and very well cleaned. I am staying in this hotel from years and I have always a very good experiences with them!
