Huge rooms, poor AC
the room was huge and equipped with all you need, but the air-conditioner hardly worked and was too hot during the night, the staff tried to do the best even it was during the weekend. great location, easy to get the old city

This is our second visit to this quirky and centrally located hotel for our wedding anniversary. It was a pretty good experience a few years ago, this time it was even better.

Met all our needs
Centrally located hotel, within walking distance to many places, tram to others. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good stay, but not much out of the ordinary. I would stay there again if I was in Krakow.
