Outstanding service and care

Excellent service from all staff. From the front office to the room service to the staff at Fennigans - the friendly, dedicated and flexible approach and service was the outstanding. The Novotel Langley was superb.

First visit to Perth after a long break

Started with a very late check-in. Nice welcome gift and room upgrade. Clean and well maintained room. Great location in the city. Only gripe was the internet, not sure why platinum member were charged first but refunded on check out - just unnecessary. Great food selection and surprisingly missi...

Brief Stay

Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Surprised that you had to pay for internet at such a large hotel in the heart of Perth, as a brief stay doesn't really warrant a fee for a couple of hours (max) internet to access emails etc.
