Great place
The hotel was very nice, clean and at a great location. The food was really good. Thanks to the service of Clara and Ceneida. They were really helpful. The staff was really kind and kept asking us if there was something that they could do for us. We were happy to stay at the novus Plaza Hotel. :)

our stay at the novus plaza was great! there was a big variety of yummy food to choose from at breakfast, the staff was nice and helpful. We had a few difficulties concerning the registration due to miscommunication with the travel provider but that wasn’t problematic, as we got things sorted out...

Nice experience and filling breakfast fast, also nice setting and am happy the music was at the correct pitch,
The breakfast was very nice here I loved it, and Maria Valdez our waitress was very nice and helpful, the spread is f deferent foods to eat was great, they should have more fruits, I think but other than that great breakfast. I had a great time here
