Experience Bushfire Flame Grill for Brazilian-inspired, Australian-style BBQ. Showcasing prime Australian beef, the thrill of the grill explodes every night. Here guests enjoy a Brazilian-inspired, Australian-style barbecue. Metre long skewers of succulent Australian beef, pork, lamb and chicken are seasoned, marinated and gently roasted on the churrasco grill. Waiters slice sizzling hot roasted meats from the skewers directly to your plate. The restaurant also offers an a la carte menu. Bushfire opens for dinner from 5.30pm until late. Perfect!
We loved our stay! Close to everything we needed, very clean and friendly service. Beds were very comfortable and we had rooms with great views anf lovely sitting on the balcony. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

PACIFIC CAIRNS
We stayed twice in July 2022. total 5 + 3 Days. BF was decent. Single beds are a BIT SMALL. Towels were not available in decent numbers i.e. 2 per head per day. Mind you-- this was speak period. Ladies (YOUNG) were less helpful than Gents at the front Desk. Not sure if they are LAZY/smart? ...

A noteworthy hotel!
This was an absolutely fabulous hotel! The receptionstaff went out of their way to help. The room was magnificent - modern, stylish and well equipped. I will definitely return! When full staffing for the restrant returns and they are finished their renovations this will be a tip hotel in Cairns.
