Everything is Good , Happily stayed .My family very relaxing in this Hotel , especially they provided different type of pillow and Super King size bed , we had a good slept . Love it . The only thing is their shower head water presser not good enough, and their TV channel don't have much Chinese...

Prior to my arrival, I have concern regarding my stay due to some negative feedback during the opening period. However, after my one night stay at Parkroyal Collection KL, I can safely say that the hotel has rectified most of the teething issues and able to provide excellent service to its guest....
