Cost and location!
Decent enough!! We got the room for a really cheap price, not sure if that is the market rate or it was a promotion. Good Location about 2 blocks from tenjin station
room is small which is typical of japanese hotels. hotel has its own restaurant but there are A LOT of options around it. Its also a shopping area. Location is about 10 mins walk to train station, 5 mins to bus, 15 mins to castle ruins.
