I last stayed at the Pullman just prior to COVID hitting and it felt like the hotel was getting a little tired.
I was super surprised to find a very fresh and stylish hotel this time round, post COVID. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the lobby area always smelt fresh.

We were made very welcome and the staff went out of there way to welcome us, help us and also do door service. We had a club room and the club had just reopened but all went well and the service was exceptional, the breakfasst very nice
