Great hotel and perfect location
This hotel was great! The location is amazing in misflores the beds were so comfortable. The service was great. The rooms were beautiful and the shower was amazing! The breakfast buffet was amazing best we had on the trip and our server Jonathan was on top of everything and so friendly.

Excellent service
We celebrated our baby’s baptism reception and from the first contact with Fiorella Pajuelo until the day of our event we got the best service. All of our questions and requests were addressed with courtesy and speed. Our event ended up as we imagined. Outstanding service!

Great stay with friendly staff
We stayed at the Pullman a few times in Feb 2020. First upon arrival into Lima, then after Cuzco, and even after coming back from Northern Peru. The hotel staff was very friendly, recognized us and even ensured we had the same room each time. We left our luggage in their care when we traveled off...
