Super convenient location close to airport - adjacent supermarket and right across the road from Mall and Skytrain station. Very clean and spacious suite. Pool,and spa were great antidote for jetlag and the full breakfast buffet was also very good.

Great hotel. But the room was ready at 4pm!!!
I love the free airport shuttle service and it's close to the Skytrain station. Although they gave us the room at 4 pm and check-in time is at 3 pm. We have to wait one hour in the lobby. That needs to be addressed and improved. However, Sam at the front desk was very helpful and very apologetic.

Quick check in and excellent last minute service
Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. When I realized I had forgotten some toiletries they promptly delivered the items free of charge to my room. I am not familiar with the area and the staff helped me navigate to the stores/ buildings I needed to be at.
