Fantastic stay
Brilliant hotel with great location. All staff warm and friendly.Would advise travellers to include the breakfast. package as it is top quality.Kayla the guest relations manager was wonderful in sorting out our airport transfers.Will definitely return,

This hotel is definately one of the best hotels for location … The tram station is 100m away and the Grand Bazaar is directly opposite it … The breakfast is simply the best never expected so much of variety and food .. Rooms very comfortable.. Staff very helpful..

A fantastic experience. Mehmet at the English pub was amazing! All the staff were excellent.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning was excellent. The food in the rooftop restaurant is very good. The location is perfect for the grand bazaar. The staff are very friendly and will help with anything.
