Very good instructor lindo. Well instructed the bikes was a first for me a really Fun session . And it’s in water so you stay cool which is always a plus the bar is also very close by you can stop and get a drink lol and come back

Lindo was the TRX instructor for my mom and I and it was a great workout! We felt great afterwards. Lindo was super friendly and motivating and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good workout!

Best in the business
Lindo knows his stuff as well Karli. We loved the sunrise yoga session and also the trx that was brutal but you feel great after. Aquatic is everyday at 11:30 and they change equipment daily so that’s a plus. Great banter can have a laugh with them very helpful and they love West Ham
