An enjoyable stay (except at 3AM)
Stayed at the Sheraton Grand over the weekend. Checked in early (1PM or so and our room wasn't ready. They had reserved a high floor King for us due to "status" with Marriott. We were ok with a lower floor so they checked us into one an 17 that was fine Good bed, good A/C, nice River view. $...

I’ve travelled to over 300 Marriot Hotels from North America, Caribbean, Asia, and Australia. For the first time I’ve had Exceptional Bell service from this hotel. I believe the CEO of Marriot should visit this hotel and watch the exceptional service John & Micheal give to Marriot’s customers. ...

Many Thanks to Ambassador Susanne and GM Anthony! Customer Service exceptional. Location perfect and rooms comfortable and best views in every direction. I’m grateful for the acknowledgment of elite Ambassador status and the restaurants are available, brunch excellent!
