We have never stayed at a Sofitel before, but we were extremely impressed with their service and cleanliness. The rooms were very pretty and comfortable. The restaurants on site were delicious. My husband is gluten free and he was able to easily find foods at the buffet breakfast and in the menu...

Real Legend hotel
Really good to stay at sofitel Metropole Hanoi, a legendary world class hotel. As Platinum member, I got upgraded to Premium room. Club lounge and breakfast was great. Staffs were friendly and nice, room was in good conditions with luxury ambiances. Hope to come back to stay again!

Best hotel in Vietnam
This remains one of my favourite hotels in the world. It’s class. Great feel to the service and the hotel itself. It’s at the top end of hotel prices in Hanoi but if you are willing to splash the cash, I highly recommend it. Sunday brunch and every breakfast was especially nice.
