Don’t always believe what you read
We booked an overnight at the Stormont Hotel before catching the ferry back to Scotland. After booking my wife went into the reviews and wasn’t looking forward to our stay. The staff were great as was the room. Everything was clean and needless to say the negative comments we read were not what ...

Get some staff trained.
We were on a Bluebird Coach trip from Dorset, Nice hotel and Position outside Belfast. Time to train up some of those young people properly. I was in the bar getting a drink ,there were six behind the bar trying to work out the till! More staff than customers in fact.Not fair on the youngsters! C...

Excellent food in Restaurant
We were staying in the hotel, a group of us as attending UK pipe band championships. The bistro was accommodating, excellent service and food was lovely. Restaurant Manager, Gabriel, was efficient, helpful and customer focussed. Excellent and we ate there both nights.
