The hotel has a great location in a quiet part of the new city, right opposite Lake Swaroop. The area is very peaceful and abounds with greenery. The airport is 24 km from the residence and the railway station and the bus stand are 4 km away. This impressive air-conditioned building in a shade of spotless cream stands tall facing Lake Swaroop. Upon entry, Rajasthani miniatures greet guests on the right. There is a split-level lobby on the left with cushy couches and jharokhas, all done in blue and white.
