Some quality drop after pandemia
I have been many times in Swissotel Lima. This was the first time after the pandemia. Even if the hotel is still very good, there is a significant quality drop , including following points: - the worst is the change in furniture in the breakfast room. The ceramic floor and concrete walls made ...

Excellent stay
Have visited the hotel several times. As usual found the reception , bar and restaurant staff to be extremely helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are starting to be a little dated but are large and clean. Overall a great stay and will book again on my next visit to Lima.

Extraordinary stay
The people who work there made feel as a queen. Amazing room, the pool, gym and food but best thing is the staff extremely gently and kind. The special for dinner for Valentine's was delicious and the amenities were also great.
