Amazing!
This hotel is absolutely incredible! They take hospitality to the next level! The amenities and door to door service are unmatched. I’ve traveled to many cities and countries and have never met such wonderful people!! I will definitely stay here again!

Extremely nice stay & Good location in Manhattan &
Nearby 5th avenue& metro of 28th East . nice hotel & happy hour between 5-7 pm with wine & snacks. And free coffee in the morning. good beds and possible to be with 4 adults in one room with 2 large beds

Great place to stay in NYC
My husband and I were in NYC for the 2022 NBA draft. We had a wonderful time at The James. It was clean, relaxing, excellent service, and a perfect location to walk to the theater, restaurants and sights. We would highly recommend this hotel.
