About The Reef Playacar

The Reef Playacar located just a few steps from 5th Avenue and in one of the most exclusive fractions of Playa del Carmen, mixes the tranquility of a tropical jungle with the beauty of one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. The 196 rooms of this complex, distributed in 18 beautiful villas, have a Caribbean décor and all the modern amenities to make you feel at home. Visita al restaurante.
Food was wonderful, Ana greeted us and welcomed us into our table!! Odeth was wonderful and very hospitable and very kind to us and especially our children. The food was amazing and we can't wait until our next visit this week!! Thank you very much for the great night out!

The best bartenders
This is our second time here and it has been wonderful. Augustin, Alberto, and Caesar are the most amazing bartenders and overall great people to be around. We will continue to come back every year and we hope to see these guys every time!

Service was fantastic and customer service was incredible. Enrique our server went above and beyond to insure our experience was perfect. 10/10 would recommend this service along with the hotel and its great staff!
