Staff go the extra mile
Nice hotel, great location and importantly the staff go the extra mile to improve your stay. In my case a 30 minute late checkout helped, so they sorted it. I wanted some water so they sorted it. The little things help and other chains don’t always get right. I’ll be back here as result.

For the price we paid we were really happy with this hotel and the helpful staff. Great location. 10/15 Min walk to the Lyceum & Aldwych Theatre's.
