This family friendly hotel lies between La Fortuna de San Carlos and Arenal lake, with a view of the Arenal volcano. It is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the mountains and is only 7 km west of the city so that guests may enjoy the beauty of the region to the fullest. Opened in 1999, the hotel comprises a total of 70 rooms of which 4 are disability-friendly. The hotel has a reception desk manned around the clock and a currency exchange facility. Furthermore, guests are offered a Internet access (charges apply) and a laundry service (charges apply). Sustenance is provided in the café, the bar and the restaurants. Each hotel has its own terrace, from which guests and their families may enjoy the unique view of the Arenal volcano. During the day, visitors may observe how the volcano spits out pieces of rock and at night may enjoy the bright colours of the eruptions - just like a postcard. All rooms have their own en suite bathroom with hot, running water and a hairdryer.
