Well-located, friendly staff, but bedbugs!
We really enjoyed this hotel, but one night we experience bites from some bugs in our bed. It was hard to tell what kind of bug it was. We changed rooms, and asked for a partial refund, but have yet to hear back. Other than that, our stay was fine

Unfriendly reception asked us to sign a list of rules (e.g. “don’t steal the towels”). Sadly, this hotel is very run down and has terrible lighting conditions. It is in a bad part of el Centro, away from what they call "the hotel zone" which is where everything is for tourist.
